SUNRISE HOTELS AND RESORTS RESERVATIONS POLICY
All Booking should be confirmed by mail. Holding period for any booking will be up -to 3 Hrs after which it will be consider as cancelled. Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 50% of the total amount and balance amount must be paid before check in date. Invoice will be raised after the full payment.
AMENDMENT POLICY:
If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to help. However, rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability and seasonal rates. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes may apply (if any).

- All Hotesl Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs
- The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
- Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly
- Name Category of Rooms will be differ Hotels to Hotels .
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
- A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
- For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll out bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
- We (SUNRISE HOTELS AND RESORTS ) reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.
- Almost all hotels do not have a lift facility that region and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can arrange rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs possible.
Cancellation and Refund Sunrise Hotels and Resorts
Sunrise Hotels and Resorts believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
- Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 1500
- 25% Between 30-20 Days Before Tour Departure.
- 50% Between 20-10 Days Before Tour Departure
- 75% Between 10-05 Days Before Tour Departure .
- 100% on the 5 Days After & No show..
- Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost..
Refund Policy :
If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Returns" policy above,
